Katie Allmaras

Katie, her husband (Isaac) and her two kids (Laurenna & Ben) moved to Oskaloosa in January of 2017 for her husband's firefighting job. He later changed jobs and became a financial advisor with Edward Jones. Katie initially heard about Youth for Christ from her sister. She was hired as the Campus Life High School Director in August of 2017.

Katie grew up mainly in Minnesota, but has lived in Iowa and North Dakota as well. She has worked with middle school and high school students throughout her adulthood as a coach, youth leader, camp counselor, and teacher. She's always valued relationships and has especially enjoyed working with the high school age group. Katie is thankful to build relationships with the youth in this community and about Christ in those relationships.
